Packaging for shipping was exceptional. But plastic has a crack (3/4") at the front of the small pinch. It could not have occurred during shipping. I assumed you missed it before shipping. Your only fix was to mail it back for a refund of the purchase price. I did not want to spend more money on top of the $21.14 for having bought it. I offered to keep the punch if you would send a partial refund. You were not inclined. Sharing my experience is my only option and I will no longer buy from you.

seller was quick to ship, item was not used, but new in package. Not sure why it was described as Used. Package was sealed. The item itself was more of a vintage Crosstitch, which may be why the seller described it as Used. The item itself, is just fine, but the color thread was weird. What the instructions called orange was more pink. So it was confusing as to what color was what. But that has nothing to do with the seller!

I ordered this ornament but when I got it, it was broken. I contacted the seller, who literally responded in less than a minute. The ornament was well packed, definitely not their issue. They inspected another ornament, added a few packing peanuts and shipped it off to me. They communicated very well. I love the ornament and am very appreciative of their customer service. TOP NOTCH SELLER!!!
