The hat was in even better shape than what I expected, it was like new. So happy to have this hat again after losing my previous one years ago. The hat was packed well in a box and packing paper. The shipping was a little slow, but that's more on USPS and the weather for the delay. Seller shipped the same day. Hat is as described in the listing. For the price, well worth it!
