When you pay for shipping, you should not have to wait 5 days for the seller to ship. When you pay for shipping, you expect the seller to at least ship in a box to protect your purchase. An envelope, padded or not, will not protect a hat from being crushed. Out of sheer luck, my hat survived. Fit as a size 7 is questionable. Thank you.
