Please understand that delivery times and the cost of shipping are beyond my control. These are controlled entirely by the Post Office Your rating will be for us, not one of the postal service. Low ratings affect our income -- it only takes 3 1's or 2's in any category within a 3 month period (regardless of the volume of sales) to lower our standing.
