The encyclopedia of art arrived in excellent condition, I want to thank you for how you packed the set of books which made it easier to handle. The encyclopedia is exactly as described and I believe was very fairly priced. The books arrived over a four day period but in the end I think it was the best way to ship them. Arrived on time. I'm very happy with the info in the book but it was sent in only a bubble envelope so there's now a dent in the bottom but I'm more interested on the contents so it's not that bad.
