I would definitely recommend this seller. Very good quality The item I received was in the exact same condition as per listing, and shipment packing was super safe as it was covered very well for a fragile item like laptop. The only one drawback was that the seller forgot to send an AC Adapter with the product but he immediately resolved the issue by offering me my chosen refund which was +20 dollars as I demanded. I received the refund immediately by the seller. Seller is super responsive

The item did not arrive as described. It was sold as flawless, fully functional and fully tested. It arrived with a non-functioning button, compromising its usability. In any case, given the intercontinental distance, the company independently acted diligently by issuing a full refund of the item and international expenses. I am sorry to have received the item partially non-functioning but, I am happy to have found a serious company.
