Seller was great in communicating when they would ship the item and it arrived in a well-protected box. Having to pay the tariff to DHL before receiving was a new experience for me and it was higher than anticipated ($50 from Japan to the US) but obviously not the seller’s fault. The item itself was in better condition than was shown in the description - listed as used, but it seemed like it had never been opened or displayed (candy intact) so that was a pleasant surprise. Bid/buy w confidence!

Took a little while to get through customs, but arrived in perfect condition, original manufacturer packaging, with everything as described. I had my doubts going in, but this ended up working great and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. The seller communicated well and shipped quickly once the item was acquired. The total ship time was disappointing, but that was not their fault as they wouldn't have known they'd have to fill out a Lacy form for a wood instrument.
