The received item (Oregon Scientific Weather Station) was in new condition, unused. Price was very good. The only clue it was not new was the lack of the packing tray in the box, but all items were carefully packed in bubble wrap and arrived safely. Shipping was by US post / Canada Post. This delayed delivery due to a Canada Post work stoppage. Shipping fees were realistically the fee charged by these carriers (not inexpensive for a moderately sized box.) Not the shipper’s fault.

The seller was easy to work with. Good value. Well packed. Arrived as described. Had to go to post office to pick up. USPS did not deliver. Would have arrived on time if the local post office would have done their job and delivered the package. Instead, USPS kept it at the local office for days without notifying us. No fault of seller.
