Item came in a very protected manner. Tons of bubble wrap around it (never too much bubble wrap). Shippping was fast and actually arrived earlier than expected. Item came as described. minor issue with the speaker but can still get sound from headsets which honestly is more preferred for sound integrity to me upon using it this way. And speaker repairs for this are SUPER easy and worth it to me. I would gladly do business with them again. I apologize for my insinuations in our communications

Seller accidentally sent incorrect items for part of my order but proactively reached out to me to explain the situation. I appreciated the honesty and it was an understandable mistake (same item as purchased, just different colors). Luckily for me the colors aren’t very important in the long run.
