Item was as I believed it to be by the photos (it was ATSF Boxcar #138082 as the photos showed, not C&EI Boxcar #138082 as the description said, I think that was a cut & paste error from previous auctions), and seems new. Packing was marginal (outer cardboard box exactly fit the Atlas O Blue Box the model came in, so that was just daring USPS to damage it). Shipping price along with marginal packing made shipping "meh". However, great value for the model, so happy customer regardless.
