The original package got lost during shipment on a truck but the seller was excellent on communication & sending out a spare as well as driving it to another post office 45 minutes away. The condition is brand new with tags on with a good value on shipping and not too marked up compared to original price. Appearance and quality is excellent. Item was as described, new and still had the park tags on it. The price was fair. Shipping was faster than expected. There was no damage in shipping. However I would have preferred it to be packaged a little better than stuffed in an envelope. The flowers were easily shaped back to normal and after a few hours out of the package it began to take normal shape. This was a good experience and I would do business with this seller again.
