The seller's communication and customer service were very decent, but instead of the legitimate disney ears pictured in this listing, I was sent a fake. The tags on the one I was sent weren't the Asian tags shown in the listing, but instead mentioned Winnie the Pooh even though these were ears from Beauty and the Beast. I don't know if the seller did this on purpose or knew the difference though. The seller was good enough to give me a refund.
