Description says, good condition, no heavy stains and cleaned. Just the opposite. It was in fair condition, it was dirty and more stains than show in pics. Rug was not worth the asking price. Seller was contacted and was not helpful. Packaging was excellent. Shipping was fast. Seller said she cleaned rug so I was under impression it was ready to use. I had to shampoo the rug and more stains came out.

Seller sent right away. Packed well. Matched description. The only bad thing was not the seller, but that Ebay would pressure the seller to send right away, even if I wanted it to be delayed (which I asked for, but seller said if they delayed it it would have dinged their account). Again Seller was awesome, I'd buy from them again. Thanks!
