This is new, but the snapback is broken. This seemed to be an issue with this particular hat. I just acquired a very large lot of Disney items. The majority came from a pre-Disney Store privately owned store. They were put into storage in the late 1980s when the store closed. They sat there until now. Check out my other Disney listings. Thank you for an easy, pleasant transaction, speedy shipping, great packaging, and a lovely, true to photos American Girl Felicity serving platter. The slight scratching was shown, is as I expected, and should very gently buff out. This Colonial pewter serving platter was the only thing I loved about Felicity’s BeForever second "Birthday Treats" set—so I was thrilled to find this for a good value and on its own. I have been looking with my son for a while for Confederate soldiers for his upcoming birthday. He showed me these & I did not tell him I purchased them yet. Most of the one we have seen in the last year were overpriced & many did not their equipment, as these had. Items arrived well packaged & on time. The playmobil soldiers were better then in the photos. Packaging was outstanding & no damage occured,
